摘　　要：《文书档案连锁法》是国民政府时期文书处理制度改革的典型代表,除了包括分类、登记、编号等方面的具体改革措施之外,在文书处理方面的原则、思想、方法也值得我们深入学习和研究,对于提高当时的行效率具有重要意义,也拓宽了文书学的研究内容。The〈Chain of Documents and Archives Law〉is a typical representative of the reform of the documents processing system in the period of the national government.In addition to the specific reform measures of classification,registration and numbering,the principles,ideas and methods of document processing are also worth our in-depth study and research,which is significant to improve the administrative efficiency at that time and broaden the research scope of document science.
