摘　　要：氯喹和羟氯喹是目前相关诊疗方案或专家共识提到的可用于治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的药物,但其具有心血管毒副作用,表现为低血压、传导异常(束支和房室传导阻滞)、心肌病或心力衰竭及其他心脏毒性(如QT间期延长、室性心动过速、心肌肥厚、阵发性心房颤动、病态窦房结综合征、心肌梗死等)。本文对氯喹和羟氯喹的心血管毒副作用及其机制进行综述,以期促进临床氯喹和羟氯喹的安全使用。In the current relevant diagnosis and treatment plan or expert consensus,it is mentioned that chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine can be used to treat new corona virus disease-19,but they have cardiovascular toxicity.The main manifestations are hypotension,conduction abnormalities(bundle branch and atrioventricular block),cardiomyopathy or heart failure,and other cardiac toxicity(such as prolonged QT interval,ventricular tachycardia,cardiac hypertrophy,paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,sick sinus syndrome,myocardial infarction,etc.).This article reviews the cardiovascular toxicity and mechanisms of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine in order to promote the safe use of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine.
