甲基莲心碱在治疗肿瘤方面的研究进展

摘　　要：肿瘤严重影响人类寿命。虽然化疗对肿瘤行之有效,但因其副作用较大而一直饱受质疑。相对化疗而言,天然产物及其衍生物的副作用较小,因此是更好的选择。甲基莲心碱对许多肿瘤具有治疗作用,本文对其在肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、乳腺癌和骨肉瘤治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。Cancer is a serious threat to human life.Although chemotherapy is an effective treatment for cancer,the side effects can be serious.Natural products and the derivatives provide an alternative.The efficacy of neferine has been proved in many cancers.This paperreviewed neferine in treatment of lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,breast cancer and osteosarcoma.
