摘  要:针对鲜活水产品经传统运输存在的不完善,为使鲜活水产品在运输中不因成本受数量限制且在长途运输中能低成本、高存活率、长时间运输,设计一种灵活便携可拆式供氧装置。该装置通过低功耗电路设计、箱体和供氧机及传感器分离可拆卸式防水设计、供氧与耗氧平衡时间计算,来实现低功耗、低成本、灵活便携和长途运输高存活率的功能和特点。该装置的箱体独立设计可跟据需求量的多少进行箱体大小更换或个数增减,每个氧气罐可搭载多个箱体,来实现运输数量不受限制且能同时运输不同种类的水产品。试验重1 kg的10条白斑狗鱼,在不同的温度下,在供氧装置内一周7 d的存活率均为100%,便携式水产类远程运输供氧装置能运用在市场,且在鲜活水产运输中能起重要作用。Aiming at the imperfection of traditional transportation of fresh aquatic products,in order to make fresh aquatic products can be transported in unlimited quantity and can be transported in long distance with low cost,high survival rate and long time,a flexible and portable oxygen supply device is designed.The device is designed with low power consumption circuit,detachable waterproof design of box and oxygen feeder and sensor,calculation of oxygen supply and oxygen consumption balance time,realizing low power consumption,low cost,flexible and portable;and high survival rate of long-distance transportation.The independent design of the box of the device can change the size of the box or increase or decrease the number of boxes according to the amount of demand.Each oxygen tank can carry multiple boxes to realize the unlimited transportation quantity and the simultaneous transportation of different kinds of aquatic products.The survival rate of 10 white-speckled pike weighing 1 kg in the experiment was 100%in the oxygen supply device for 7 days a week at different temperatures.Portable oxygen supply device for remote transportation of aquatic products can be used in the market and has certain value in the transportation of fresh aquatic products.
