摘 要:阐述了预制带肋底板混凝土双向叠合板的工作特性,分析了当前工程设计中存在的问题.针对双向叠合板的正交构造异性特征,依据正交各向异性板理论,采用荷载叠加法,求解了均布荷载作用下四边固支双向叠合板挠度及弯矩的解析解.引入等效跨度比的概念,对双向叠合板的边长进行修正,将其简化为各向同性板来计算,提出了四边固支双向叠合板的简化弹性计算方法.举例介绍了按照四边固支双向叠合板的等效跨度比查用各向同性板弹性计算系数的线性插值法,并与级数解析方法对比,结果表明:2种方法的计算结果吻合良好,完全能够满足工程设计要求,该简化弹性计算方法准确可行.The working characteristics of the concrete two-way composite slab with precast ribbed panels was expounded,and the existing problems in the practical engineering design were analyzed.According to the structurally orthotropic characteristic of the two-way composite slab,the calculation formulas for the deflection and bending moments of two-way composite slab with four clamped edges under uniformly distributed load were solved by load superposition method and orthotropic plate theory.Through the introduction of the concept of equivalent ratio of span,lengths of two-way composite slab were modified,which was simplified as the isotropic cast-in-place slab to calculate,simplified elastic calculation method of two-way composite slab with four clamped edges under uniformly distributed load was presented.The linear interpolation method according to the equivalent span ratio of isotropic cast-in-place slab was introduced,and one example was given to compare with the analytical method of series.The results show that the calculated results of the two methods are in good agreement,the simplified elastic calculation method can completely meet the engineering design requirements,and is accurate and feasible.
