摘　　要：针对会话边界控制器(SBC)黑名单功能缺陷导致的接入网关(AG)下全部账号无法正常注册问题,从IMS行政交换网系统架构、运行方式、告警监控及告警处置等方面进行分析,认为SBC设备黑名单功能判断机制粗糙和阈值设置不合理是导致问题的主要原因,结合日常运维工作经验,提出数据清理、数据分离、自动告警结合人工研判等防护措施,并说明防护效果。This paper addresses the problem that all accounts under Access Gateway(AG)can not be registered properly due to the defective blacklist functionality of the Session Boundary Controller(SBC).This paper analyzes the system architecture,operation mode,alarm monitoring and alarm handling of the IMS administrative switching network.And it presents the root cause of the defect is rough judgment mechanism and unreasonable threshold setting.Combined with the daily operation and maintenance work experience,this paper proposes protective measures such as data cleaning,data separation,automatic alarm and manual research and judgment,and explain the protective effect.
