摘 要:优化了彩色镍-锌合金镀液的配方,并对彩色镍-锌合金镀层的性能进行了测试。结果表明:时间为3.0 min、温度为35℃、硫氰酸铵的质量浓度为25 g/L时,可以获得耐蚀性优良的深紫红色镀层。彩色镍-锌合金镀层平整、细致,含有Ni、Zn、S元素,为典型的晶体结构。镀层中的S元素来自硫氰酸铵。The formulation of colour nickel-zinc alloy coating plating bath was optimized,and the properties of colour nickel-zinc alloy coating were tested.The results showed that a deep purple-red colour nickel-zinc alloy coating with excellent corrosion resistance could be obtained when the plating time was 3.0 min,the temperature was 35℃ and the mass concentration of ammonium thiocyanate was 25 g/L.The colour nickel-zinc alloy coating was smooth and fine,containing Ni,Zn and S elements.It was a typical crystal structure.S elment in the coating comes from ammonium thiocyanate.
