摘 要:采用酸性化学镀的方法制备了珍珠镍。分析了珍珠镍的宏观形貌、微观形貌、沉积速率及耐蚀性。酸性化学镀珍珠镍的配方和工艺条件为:硫酸镍45 g/L,次磷酸氢钠90 g/L,氯化钠20g/L,无水乙酸钠20 g/L,柠檬酸20 g/L,丁二酸二己酯磺酸钠(MA-80) 0.8 mL/L,乳化剂OP-102.4 mL/L,碘酸钾微量,pH值4.5,温度80℃,时间1.5 h。钢片上化学镀珍珠镍的沉积速率为21.34μm/h。珍珠镍的硫酸铜点蚀时间大于3 h,外观呈珍珠般朦胧的色泽,其表面凹凸不平。Acidic electroless plating method was used to prepare pearl nickel.The macromorphology,micro-morphology,deposition rate and corrosion resistance of pearl nickel was analyzed.The formula and process conditions for acidic electroless pearl nickel plating were as follows:nickel sulfate 45 g/L,sodium hypophosphate 90 g/L,sodium chloride 20 g/L,anhydrous sodium acetate 20 g/L,citric acid 20 g/L,sodium sulfonate dihexyl succinate(MA-80) 0.8 mL/L,emulsifier OP-10 2.4 mL/L,traces of potassium iodate,pH value 4.5,temperature 80℃ and time 1.5 h.The deposition rate of electroless pearl nickel plating on steel sheet was 21.34μm/h.The pearl nickel has a pearl-like appearance with rough and uneven surface,and the corrosion-resistance time to copper sulfate dropping of pearl nickel was more than 3 h.
