摘 要:电镀废水化学处理法的PLC控制系统,其上位机采用MCGS组态软件进行设计,下位机采用西门子S7-200系列PLC模块化设计进行控制,系统性能优异且控制方便,处理后的水质达到《电镀行业污染物排放》(GB 21900-2008)中的表3标准。经过膜反渗透技术再处理后,回用率达到80%左右。介绍了PLC控制系统的设计原理、系统组成、控制方式、系统优点及处理效果等。The PLC control system for the treatment of electroplating wastewater by chemical method was composed of upper computer and lower computer.The upper computer was designed with MCGS configuration software,and the lower computer was controlled with the SIENENS S7-200 PLC module.The system was convenient to control and its performance was excellent.The quality of treated water meets the standard of pollutant emission.in electroplating industry(GB 21900-2008 Table 3).The reuse rate of processed wastewater by membrane reversepermeation technology achieved about 80%.The design principle,system composition,control mode,advantages and treatment effects of PLC control system were introduced.
