张发荣教授运用膏方治疗糖尿病经验探析

摘　　要：张发荣教授医术精湛,擅长使用膏方治疗糖尿病。张老认为糖尿病的病机是"阴虚燥热、燥热伤津、阴损及阳、阴阳俱虚、热瘀互结",治疗应"补脾益肾、益气养阴、热瘀并治"。张老将其理论与膏方结合,创立了"消渴膏方",取得良好疗效。本文介绍张老运用膏方治疗糖尿病的学术思想、临床经验,并举典型病案类证。Professor ZHANG Farong is a superb doctor and is good at using ointment priscription to treat diabetes.Professor ZHANG believes that the pathogenesis of diabetes is "Yin and deficiency heat, heat and injury, Yin and Yang, Yin and Yang are weak, and heat and blood stasis are interlocking".The treatment should "repair spleen and kidney, benefit Qi, nourish Yin, and treat heat and blood stasis." Professor ZHANG combine his theory with the paste side and has founded the "Xiaoke Ointment Recipe" to achieve good results.This paper introduces Professor ZHANG academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of diabetes by using the ointment recipe, and also introduces the typical medical record.
