自拟宣肺止咳汤治疗外感咳嗽80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟宣肺止咳汤治疗外感咳嗽疗效。方法:选择2015年1月~2015年12月符合诊断标准的门诊病例160例,随机分为两组。治疗组采用自拟宣肺止咳汤为基础,结合辨证给予相应治疗;对照组给予西药等方法治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率70.00%,对照组总有效率56.25%。结论:中药处方治疗对外感咳嗽病症患者的疗效优于西药方案。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Self-made Xuanfei Zhike Decoction on exogenous cough.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2015, 160 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Self-made Xuanfei Zhike Decoction, combined with syndrome differentiation, and the controlled group was treated with western medicine.Results:The total effective rate was 70.00% in the treatment group and 56.25% in the controlled group.Conclusion:The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of western medicine.
