摘 要:区块链最早出现在比特币的白皮书中,是一种分布式、安全、可靠、加密的数据存储技术,经过近几年的发展,区块链作为一种信任机制,被称为新一代互联网的战略支撑技术,在经济建设和社会发展中,基础的水文资料是一个重要的战略资源,为社会、经济、水利、环境、交通和生态等信息提供数据支撑。水文数据库的建设是现代化水文工作的重要部分,文章介绍了基于区块链的水文数据库应用,帮助解决水文数据的分散存储、源数据安全、共享安全等问题,从而实现去中心化、安全无篡改的数据应用。Blockchain is a distributed,safe,reliable and encrypted data storage technology,which first appeared in the White Paper of Bitcoin.After years of accumulation,as a trust mechanism,blockchainis known as the strategic support technology of the new generation of Internet.As an important strategic resource,basic hydrological data provide the foundation of the social,economic,environmental,ecological and traffic information products in the national economic construction and social development.The construction of hydrological database is an important part of modern hydrological work,this paper introduces the application of the hydrological database based on the block chain,which helps solve the problems of scattered hydrological data storage,difficult safe sharing and easy tampering of data,and realizes the application of decentralized,safe and tamper-free hydrological database.
