摘 要:针对装配式建筑预制构件碳排放计算中活动数据收集繁琐、不具代表性问题,提出基于定额数据的社会平均碳排放计算方法。在此基础上,结合我国预制构件标准化成果,依据数据的可获取性提出3种计算方法,形成标准预制构件碳排放数据库,将预制构件设计标准化拓展到碳排放计算标准化。通过计算及分析得到预制构件含钢率分别与钢筋混凝土碳排放占比和单位体积碳排放的方程。提出的碳排放计算方法更加简便、普适,分析结果可为相关研究提供参考依据。To address the problem of cumbersome and unrepresentative collection of activity-related data in the calculation of carbon emissions of prefabricated building components,the calculation method of social average carbon emissions based on quota data is proposed.On this basis,combined with the results of standardization of prefabricated components in China,three calculation methods are proposed based on the availability of data to form a standardized carbon emission database for prefabricated components,which extends the standardization of prefabricated component design to the field of carbon emission calculation.Through calculation and analysis,the equations of the steel content of prefabricated components,the carbon emission ratio of reinforced concrete,and carbon emission per unit volume are obtained.The proposed carbon emission calculation method is more convenient and universal,which can provide references for related research.
