基于ISM的绿色建筑增量成本影响因素研究

摘　　要：绿色建筑逐渐成为建筑业发展的趋势,绿色建筑推广受到绿色建筑增量成本影响因素制约,目前对绿色建筑增量成本的影响因素和因素之间的作用机理及相互关系缺乏系统的认识。通过文献研究法和问卷调查法确定绿色建筑增量成本的影响因素,建立解释结构模型(ISM)分析各因素间相互关系,得到绿色建筑增量成本影响因素四层递阶结构模型,确定了消费者观念、政府相关政策和企业发展战略是影响绿色建筑增量成本的深层根本因素,并从政府、企业和消费者角度提出发展绿色建筑的一些对策。Green building has gradually become the development trend of the construction industry.The promotion of green building is restricted by its incremental cost.At present,there is no systematical understanding of the influencing factors for green building incremental cost as well as the mechanism and relationship among the factors.Through literature review and questionnaire survey,the influencing factors of green building incremental cost are determined,an interpretive structure model(ISM)is established to analyze the interrelationship among the factors,and a four-level hierarchical structure model for evaluating the influencing factors of green building incremental cost is obtained.The result shows that consumer thinking,relevant government policies and enterprise development strategy are the fundamental factors that affect the incremental cost of green buildings.Some countermeasures for the development of green buildings are proposed from the perspective of government,enterprises and consumers.
