摘  要:永磁直线同步电机具有直驱高效、定位精准等特点,因此在高端装备制造领域得到日益广泛的应用。然而,由于磁阻力、电机端部效应等问题的存在,永磁直线同步电机的推力波动是其亟需解决的关键问题。本论文阐述了3种有效减小永磁直线同步电机推力波动的方法,并采用有限元法,以一款额定推力为1000N的永磁直线同步电机为研究对象,重点分析了磁阻力的抑制和反电势的谐波抑制方案。The permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM)as a direct drive candidate with high efficiency and precise positioning ability,has increasingly been used in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications,where low force ripple is essentially required.Due to the existence of detent force and end effect,the force ripple of PMSLM becomes a key issue which has to be solved.According to a flat PMSLM model with 1000N thrust force,this paper presented three effective design approaches to minimize the force ripple,with particular emphasis on the detent force reduction and back-EMF standardization by FEA method.
