摘 要:目前推车机驱动系统多采用“异步电机+减速机”的驱动方式,存在传动环节多,整体效率低,能耗大等问题。采用低速直驱永磁同步电机,替代传统的驱动方式,由永磁电机直接驱动负载,系统效率高,运行平稳可靠,安装维护简单,可实现智能控制。本文介绍了某一运行现场推车机的使用情况,分析存在的问题,根据实际运行工况,合理选型,专门开发设计了一款具有高起动转矩、高过载转矩特性的永磁同步电机,能够满足推车机运行工况的要求。通过有限元软件进行仿真分析,其性能结果满足技术要求,并制造样机,在现场进行试验验证,试验结果与仿真结果一致性较好,该电机现场运行良好,解决了原有系统存在的问题,值得推广应用。The drive system of pusher combining asynchronous motor and reducer is currently inefficient with the problems of too many transmission links and high failure rate.The low-speed direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)can replace the traditional drive system to enable intelligent control,which is higher efficiency and reliability with simpler installation and maintenance.This paper introduced the pusher’s operation on a certain site and analyzes its current problems.Therefore,it’s significant to design one type of PMSM with reasonable parameter selection.The design owned high starting torque and overload torque which can meet the pusher’s operation requirement very well.Based on simulation analysis through finite element software,a prototype was manufactured and installed to test on site.The results,compared with test,show that the simulation calculation results are accuracy.The solution solves the problems existing in the traditional drive system of pusher and is worth to be applied widely.
