摘  要:基于水资源配置的多目标性和模糊不相容性的特点,在开展模糊物元分析的基础上,利用欧式贴进度对方案进行了优劣排序;同时,权重确定时,选用AHP-变异系数法组合赋权降低权重确定的主观性和客观性,得出了方案的优劣程度。在研究过程中,以陕西省引汉济渭受水区的水资源合理配置结果为例,进行了模糊物元的综合评价分析。结果表明:运用AHP-变异系数法组合赋权后的模糊物元模型进行综合评价,使得各方案在社会、经济、生态和资源等方面的配置结果合理可行,同时也呈现出了明显的优劣性差异。分析结果证明了这种评价模型不仅具有系统性和全面性,而且还具有较强的实用性。Depended on the characteristics of multi-objectiveness and fuzzy incompatibility of water resources allocation,on the basis of the fuzzy matter-element analysis,we used the European-style paste schedule to rank the quality of schemes.At the same time,when the weight was determined,the combination of AHP-variation coefficient method was used to reduce the subjectivity and objectivity of the weight determination,thus the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme were obviously presented.We carried out comprehensive evaluation and analysis of fuzzy matter elements on the rational allocation of water resources in the water receiving area of the Water Diversion to Shaanxi Province from Hanjaing River.The results showed that the fuzzy matter-element model with the combination of AHP-variation coefficient method could give comprehensive evaluation,which made the results applicable and feasible in social,economic,ecological and resource allocations aspects,and could also show obvious advantages and disadvantages of different schemes.
