摘 要:混流式水轮机在某些工况下会出现较大振动和噪声等问题,这些问题会对机组安全运行产生威胁。为了保障机组稳定运行,以上犹江水电站混流式水轮机组为试验对象,对该机组的振动、噪声和水压力脉动等情况进行了现场测试。试验结果表明:噪声是由补气引起的,机组振动主要是由涡带等低频压力脉动所引起,蝶阀室楼板及坝体的振动则是由动静干涉水力激振而引发的。依据试验数据及机组运行和结构特性,提出了振动噪声初步处理方案。试验结果及处理措施可为机组安全稳定运行提供保障和依据。Fancis turbines often have large vibration and noise problems during operation, threatening the safe operation of units. In order to solve the hidden dangers caused by vibration, taking Shangyoujiang power plant in Jiangxi Province as the test object, we tested the vibration, noise and water pressure pulsation of the unit in the field. According to the test results, it can be concluded that the noise is caused by the air admission, the vibration of the unit is mainly caused by low-frequency pressure fluctuations such as vortex belts, and the vibration of butterfly valve room floor and the dam body is caused by the hydraulic excitation of dynamic and static interference. Based on the test data and the operation and structural characteristics of the unit, a preliminary treatment plan for vibration and noise is proposed, providing guarantee and basis for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
