摘　　要：为了在厚煤层坚硬顶板条件下安全进行回采,顶板的安全管理是重要保障。本文先对某煤矿8210工作面的地质概况进行了详细的评估与论述,之后针对回采过程中不同时期的巷道顶板差异化管理进行了分析与研究,最后针对不同时期的巷道差异化管理进行了确定。本文的差异化顶板管理可对类似矿井进行参考。In order to mining safely under the condition of hard roof in thick coal seam,the safety management of roof is an important guarantee.In this paper,the geological situation of 8210 working face in a coal mine is evaluated and discussed in detail,and then the differential management of roadway roof in different periods in the mining process is analyzed and studied.Finally,the differential management of roadway in different periods is determined.The differential roof management in this paper can be used as a reference for similar mines.
