基于CiteSpace可视化分析多囊卵巢综合征研究的热点与趋势

摘　　要：目的通过CiteSpace软件,对发表在核心期刊上有关多囊卵巢综合征文献进行梳理,总结此领域目前研究的概况与进展,厘清该病种发展轨迹,进行热点和研究趋势的预判,为研究界的学者更深入研究此病种提供新思路。方法就文献的时间分布、作者与研究团队共现、研究机构共现、文献被引量情况、高频关键词共现、研究热点演变与发展六个方面制成知识图谱,进行可视化分析与描述性分析。结果有效文献2541篇,研究呈波动增长;作者之间有较为固定的研究团队,但缺乏跨机构、跨区域的交流与合作;被引量高的文献主要集中在中医药领域;利用互信息算法将关键词标记形成13个聚类,研究重难点在于PCOS的分型治疗;根据PCOS主题热点研究时间线,近期研究热点主要集中于中医药治疗PCOS与研究方法及工具的创新性研究。结论基于可视化结果,建议加强机构间合作,促进作者间交流与合作,同时,应当深入中医药治疗PCOS领域上的相关研究,注重延伸化研究、整体性治疗多囊卵巢综合征,并在已有的研究基础上,探索研究工具、研究方法、治疗效率的创新性突破。Objective To sort out the historic document published in the core journals by use of the CiteSpace and make a summary of the recent research and progress to clarify the development track of this disease and predict the hot issue and tendency of this research,providing a new method for a deeper research.Method To set up a knowledge map in terms of the time ditribution,the co-ocurrence of the authors and research groups,the co-ocurrence of the research institutions;the citation of the literature,the evolution of research hotspots and its development and make a visualized and descriptive analysis.Result There are 2541 pieces of valid papers and the research increases in wave.The authors have the fixed groups but they lack the cross-regional communication and cooperation across the institutions.The highly cited literature focus on the TCM territory.Mutual information algorithm is used to mark the key words into13 clusters,and the research difficulties lie in the classification therapy of PCOS.According to the timeline of the research hot issue,the recent issue conters on the TCM treatment of PCOS and the innovation of the resreach methodology and instrument.Conclusion It is suggested to enhance the cooperation among institutions to promote the commucation and cooperation among the authors based on the visulized result.Meanwhile,the relevant research on the TCM treatment of PCOS should be deepened and the importance should be attached to the extenternal research,treating the PCOS by means of the holistic approach.In addition,the break-through should be creatively made in terms of the research instrument,methodology and curative effect based on the former research.
