摘  要:接收系统的性能由G/T值决定,即增益与噪声温度之比。G/T值越大,系统质量越好。X/Ka双频低温接收机采用双频馈源网络和低噪声放大器(LNA)—体化制冷方式,进一步降低系统的噪声温度,提高系统的G/T值。本文介绍采用大面积真空窗及大体积双频馈源网络整体制冷与隔热的设计,极低噪声接收机噪声温度的测试方法,解决了复合型双频隔热窗口组件的低损耗、密封、承压设计、大型馈源网络整体致冷热力学设计技术及高精度极低噪声接收机噪声温度测试技术等关键技术。产品的测试结果表明,X频段7~9.5GHz接收机噪声温度小于14.8K,Ka频段28~34GHz接收机噪声温度小于25.6K,达到了很高的性能。The performance of the receiving system is determined by the G/T value,i.e.the antenna gain to noise temperature ratio.The larger the G/T value is,the better the system quality will be.The X/Ka dual-frequency cryogenic receiver uses a dual-frequency feed source network and a low-noise amplifier(LNA)integrated refrigeration method to further reduce the noise temperature of the system and increase the G/T value.The paper introduces the designs of the packaged refrigeration and thermal insulation of the large-area vacuum window and the large-volume dual-frequency feed source network,and the test method for the noise temperature of the extremely low-noise receiver.Key technologies are analyzed such as low-loss,seal,and pressure design of compound dual frequency thermal insulation window components,thermodynamic design technology for large-scale feed source network,and noise temperature measurement technology for high precision receiver with extremely low noise.The test results show that the noise temperature of the X-band 7GHz^9.5GHz receiver is lower than 14.8K,and that of the Ka-band 28GHz^34GHz receiver is higher than 25.6K,both of which show high performance.
