摘  要:本文结合三维全波电磁仿真软件,分析了四脊波导尺寸对波导特性阻抗的影响,优选了同轴四脊波导转换的馈电探针位置和喇叭辐射段脊曲线与喇叭璧曲线,研制了一款应用于致冷环境下的高性能超宽带2GHz^14GHz、双极化四脊喇叭。仿真和实测结果表明,在工作频带内的驻波优于2:1,主波束等化特性良好。致冷状态下,对系统引入的噪温小于2.5K,显著提高了系统的增益与噪温之比,很好满足了工程应用需求。With the application of the three-dimensional full-wave electromagnetic simulation software,the influence of the size of the four-ridge waveguide on the characteristic impedance of the waveguide is analyzed.The position of the feed probe of the coaxial four-ridge waveguide,and the curve of the horn ridge and wall of radiating section are selected to develop an ultra wide band(UWB)dual-polarized quadruple-ridged horn with high performance broadband 2 GHz to 14 GHz used in refrigeration environment is manufactured.The simulation and measurement results show that the standing wave ratio is less than 2:1 in the whole operation frequency band and the main beam equalization characteristics are good.In the refrigeration state,the noise temperature introduced to the system is less than 2.5 K.The G/T value of the system is significantly improved,which satisfies the requirements of engineering application.
