摘 要:为探讨J亚型禽白血病病毒(ALV-J)的水平传播情况,选取0日龄60只抗原阴性鸡和20只抗原阳性鸡混合饲养,接触7 d、15 d、25 d、35 d、45 d、55 d、65 d、75 d、90 d后检测阴性鸡的泄殖腔ALV-p27和血清ALV-J抗体,并于65 d采集阴性鸡血浆接种DF-1细胞进行外源性ALV和J亚群分离鉴定。结果显示,阴性鸡与阳性鸡混合饲养15 d,泄殖腔中开始检测到ALV-p27抗原,65 d阳性率最高达50.00%;ELISA和RT-PCR方法检测到细胞培养液中外源性ALV阳性率分别为60.00%和56.67%;RT-PCR和IFA方法检测到细胞培养液中ALV-J抗原阳性率分别为56.67%和63.33%;65 d阴性鸡血清中ALV-J抗体阳性率达63.33%。表明阴性鸡与阳性鸡直接接触混合饲养,通过水平传播被感染外源性ALV-J的几率相当高。In order to investigate the horizontal transmission of avian leukosis subgroup J. 60 antigen-negative and 20 antigen-positive 0-day-old chickens were selected and raised together. 7,15,25,35,45,55,65,75 and 90 days after contact, cloaca ALV-P27 and serum ALV-J antibodies in antigen-negative chickens were detected. The blood samples of antigen-negative chickens were collected at 65 d and inoculated into DF-1 cells for identification of exogenous ALV and ALV-J. The results showed that after mixing antigen-negative and antigen-positive chickens for 15 days, ALV-P27 antigen was found in antigen-negative cloaca and the positive rate of 65 d was up to 50.00%. The ELISA and RT-PCR methods were used to detect exogenous ALV in cell culture medium, and the positive rates were 60.00%and 56.67%, respectively.The RT-PCR and IFA methods were used to detect ALV-J antigen, and positive rates were 56.67% and 63.33%, respectively, ALV-J antibody positive rate reached 63.33% at 65 days. Direct contact mixed feeding of negative chickens and positive chickens resulted in a high probability of being infected with exogenous ALV through horizontal transmission.
