摘　　要：为了掌握牛乳头瘤病毒基因1型(BPV-1)全长基因序列特征,提取已鉴定为牛乳头状瘤病毒基因1型病料的病毒基因组DNA,参照GenBank中参考序列设计扩增引物、测序引物,扩增各片段,纯化回收后送样测序,对得到序列进行全长序列分析。结果显示,新疆南疆SY-12株为BPV-1基因型,其全基因组长度为7946 bp,具有BPV-1基因型的结构特征,与GenBank中的BPV-1基因型参考株核苷酸同源性高达99.4%。与BPV-2、BPV-13基因型参考株的进化关系最近,同为Delta属。表明新疆南疆BPV-1基因型SY-12株为Delta属牛乳头瘤病毒。The aim of this study was to understand the sequence characteristics and molecular biological analysis of the full length gene of bovine papillomavirus type 1.Total DNA was extracted from tumours on the surface of cattle. According to the reference sequence in GenBank, amplification primers and sequencing primers were designed to amplify the fragments. The amplified fragments were then purified, reclaimed and sequenced. The sequence was analyzed in full sequence.The sequence analysis showed that the SY-12 strain of southern Xinjiang belonged BPV-1 genotype with a total genome length of 7946 bp,which had the structural characteristics of BPV-1 genotypes, and the nucleotide homology with the BPV-1 genotype reference strain of GenBank as high as 99.4%. The SY-12 strain was closely related to BPV-2 and BPV-13, and was grouped within the genus Deltapapillomavirus.The BPV-1 genotype SY-12 strain in southern Xinjiang belongs to the genus of Deltapapillomavitus.
