摘 要:为了探讨增免散对鸡传染性法氏囊病疫苗免疫效果的影响,本试验将增免散以低(0.5%)、中(1%)、高(1.5%)剂量拌料饲喂6日龄雏鸡,连喂7 d,13日龄用法氏囊病疫苗免疫;分别于21、28、35、42日龄测定雏鸡的脾脏和法氏囊指数;于20、27、34日龄ELISA测定外周血中传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)抗体,同时测定外周血中IL-2、TNF-α的含量。结果表明:增免散能促进脾脏和法氏囊成长发育;可显著提高外周血中IBDV抗体滴度、IL-2和TNF-α的含量。说明增免散有明显的免疫促进作用。In order to explore the effect of Zengmiansan on infectious bursal disease(IBD) vaccine in chickens. 6-day-old chickens were feed with Zengmiansan at low(0.5%), middle(1%) and high(1.5%) dosages for 7 days. On 13th days, the chickens were vaccinated with IBD vaccine. On 21th,28th,35th and 42th days after vaccination spleen index and fabricius bursa index were determined. On 20th,27th and 34th days after vaccination the antibody levels to IBDV, contents of IL-2 and TNF-α were determined. The results showed that Zengmiansan promoted the development of the spleen and bursa. Zengmiansan also significantly increased the IBDV antibody levels, and IL-2 and TNF-α contents in the blood. The results suggest that Zengmiansan has an obvious immune boosting effect.
