摘  要:对临床送检疑似鼠伤寒沙门菌感染的病例进行细菌分离,利用沙门菌所具有的种属特异性的亲膜蛋白基因inv A做PCR鉴定,结合生化鉴定和血清型鉴定,并分析分离菌的耐药性。从4例病死鹅病料中共分离到4株细菌,经inv A PCR鉴定、生化特点和血清型鉴定确认为鼠伤寒沙门菌。药敏试验结果显示,4株分离菌对庆大霉素、诺氟沙星、头孢曲松等药物敏感性较强,但对多黏菌素B、多西环素耐药。其中,有2个分离株表现出多重耐药性。Bacteria were isolated from clinically suspected cases of Salmonella Typhimurium infection, and then identified using PCR for the amplification of the species-specific membranophile protein gene inv A, biochemical test and serotype test. The drug resistance was also analyzed. The results showed that 4 strains were isolated from the diseased geese of 4 farms and identified as Salmonella Typhimurium by PCR amplification, biochemical characteristics and serotype. The drug sensitivity test results showed that 4 isolates were highly sensitive to gentamicin, norfloxacin and ceftriaxone, but resistant to polymyxin B and doxycycline. Two isolates showed multiple drug resistance.
