摘  要:针对目前进口改造的特厚煤层采煤机调高压力大和油缸挤煤问题,采用对比方法确定了特厚煤层采煤机油缸的优选布置形式,通过建立整机调高数学模型,推导了油缸尺寸和压力的计算公式,提出了油缸行程和采高的换算方法,并提供了上置油缸的防护方案。In view of the problems of high pressure adjustment and coal extrusion by cylinder in the imported reformed extra thick coal seam shearer,the optimal layout of cylinder of the shearer was determined by the comparative method.By establishing the mathematical model of the whole machine′s height adjustment,the calculation formula of cylinder size and pressure were deduced,the conversion method of cylinder′s displacement and mining height were proposed,and the protection scheme of the upper cylinder was provided.
