摘　　要：针对现有电动滚筒试验装置部分功能不足的情况,结合实验室现场检验工作经验,对现有新型电动滚筒试验装置的功能进行改进与拓展,以满足大功率永磁电动滚筒的试验需求。由于增大了加载滚筒与输送带的包角,改进了张紧及调偏机构和加载方式,所以能够提升试验装置的加载能力和使用方便性,并能拓展其试验功能。Aiming at the insufficiency of some functions of the existing electric drum test equipment and in combination with the test experience in laboratory field,the functions of the new electric drum test equipment was improved and expanded in order to meet the test requirements of the high-power permanent magnet electric drum.By increasing the wrap angle between the loading drum and the conveyor belt,and improving the tensioning,adjustment mechanism and the loading method,the loading capacity and convenience of the test device can be improved,and the test functions can be expanded.
