摘 要:为了改善和提高重载斜齿轮接触特性和能量流动特性,以某重载一级斜齿轮传动系统为研究对象,分析传动轴是否变形对斜齿轮传动系统啮合接触特性及能量流动特性的影响;运用仿真及试验的方法研究了轴变形对重载一级斜齿轮传动系统接触和能量流动特性的影响。研究结果为重载斜齿轮传动系统接触疲劳特性改善、能量流动效率的增加提供理论依据。In order to improve the contact characteristics and energy flow characteristics of heavy-duty helical gears,a heavy-duty primary helical gear transmission system has been regarded as the research object,and the influence of the transmission shaft deformation and non-deformation on the meshing contact characteristics and energy flow characteristics of the helical gear transmission system have been analyzed.The simulation and experimental methods have been used to study the influence of the shaft deformation on the contact and energy flow characteristics of the heavy-duty primary helical gear transmission system.The research results provided a theoretical basis for improving contact fatigue characteristics and increasing energy flow efficiency of heavy-duty helical gear transmission system.
