摘 要:针对矿用颚式破碎机工作中存在的破碎效率低、产品粒度分布差以及使用寿命短等问题,采用数值分析的方式对矿用颚式破碎机工作时动颚板的运动进行研究。以PE400×600单肘颚式破碎机为研究对象,给出了动颚板上任意点的位移、速度、加速度以及受力的计算公式,并根据公式获得了动颚板上具有代表性点的位移曲线、速度曲线、加速度曲线以及受力分布曲线。分析结果可为提高颚式破碎机破碎效率、优化破碎机结构以及延长使用寿命提供理论依据。Aiming at the problems of low crushing efficiency,poor product size distribution and short service life in the work of mine jaw crusher.The motion of moving jaw plate in mine jaw crusher was studied by numerical analysis.Taking PE400×600 single elbow jaw crusher as the research object,the calculation formula of displacement,velocity,acceleration and force on any point of the moving jaw plate was given,and the displacement curve,velocity curve,acceleration curve and force distribution curve of the representative point on the moving jaw plate were obtained.The analysis results can provide theoretical basis for improving the crushing efficiency of jaw crusher,and optimize the cursher structure,and extend the service life to provide theoretical basis.
