摘 要:基于伊犁四矿21103工作面矿压监测及现场实测,对两柱掩护式综放支架在伊犁矿区浅埋深三软煤层条件下的适应性进行了研究。结果表明:两柱掩护式综放支架在伊犁四矿21103试采工作面表现出了良好的承载性能,支架选型合理。针对工作面初采期间在顶煤薄、顶板松散条件下出现的架后漏矸严重、后部刮板输送机压死的问题,采取了一系列采煤工艺改良措施,并通过支架结构优化设计,增强了支架封闭性能,最终实现了两柱掩护式综放工作面的安全高效生产。Based on the ground pressure monitoring and field measurement of the 21103 working face in Yili No.4 Mine.The adaptability of the two-pillar shield fully mechanized caving support was studied under the condition of shallow buried three soft coal seam.The results show that the two-pillar sheltered fully mechanized caving support shows good bearing performance at 21103 test mining face of Yili No.4 mine.The support selection is reasonable.Aiming at the problems of severe leakage behind the hydraulic support and crushing of the rear scraper conveyor during initial mining period of working face due to the thin top coal,loose roof and poor sealing performance of hydraulic support,a series of measures have been taken to improve the mining technology,and through the optimized design of the support structure,the sealing performance of the support was enhanced,and the safe and efficient production of the two-pillar sheltered fully mechanized working face was finally achieved.
