摘 要:为了研究螺旋轴流式多相泵内部的流动特性,自主设计了螺旋轴流式多相泵单元压缩级,然后基于ANSYS下的FLUENT求解器,对其进行了不同流量工况下的数值模拟,得出了多相泵的外特性曲线。最后对多相泵的内流场进行了分析,通过分析不同流量工况下叶轮流道内的气相分布状态,得出了多相泵内气液两相流动的特点,为有效提高多相泵气液混输特性提供了依据。In order to investigate the flow characteristics of helical axial multiphase pump,a set of compression unit stage of helical axial multiphase pump was designed.Then the numerical simulation was carried out under different flow conditions based on the FLUENT solver of ANSYS,and the external characteristic curves of the multiphase pump were obtained.Finally,the internal flow field of the multiphase pump was analyzed,and the characteristics of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the multiphase pump were obtained by analyzing the distribution of gas phase in the impeller passage under different flow conditions,which provided a basis for improving the gas-liquid mixture transportation characteristics of the multiphase pump effectively.
