摘 要:介绍了一种大功率薄煤层采煤机双支撑行走轮组件,行走轮采用一体式结构,能够通过减小行走轮结构尺寸降低机面高度;双支撑结构形式使行走轮受力更加平衡;行走轮轴向设计有调整余量,提高了对复杂工况的适应性;优化结构设计保证了组件中轴承的润滑效果。Introduced a kind of double support traveling wheel assembly of high power thin seam shearer.The traveling wheel adopted an integrated structure,which could reduce the height of the shearer by reducing the structural dimension of the traveling wheel.The double support structure form made the traveling wheel more balanced in stress.The design of the traveling wheel axle had adjustment surplus,which improved the adaptability to complex working conditions.The optimized structure design ensured the lubrication effect of the bearing in the traveling wheel assembly.
