摘 要:为解决带式输送机运输过程中输送带张力不平衡造成的打滑问题,以及保障输送机启动和制动稳定运转,提出了一种采用模糊PID进行控制的液压绞车自动张紧装置。对液压绞车张紧装置的液压系统工作原理进行分析,采用传感器测量张紧装置分离点的张力,将其偏差值作为反馈调节PID参数,提高模糊PID控制器的控制性能,分析模糊PID控制器的工作流程。仿真试验结果表明模糊PID控制比PID控制超调量更小、响应速度更快、控制效果更好。In order to solve the problem of slip caused by the belt tension imbalance during the transportation of the belt conveyor and ensure the stable operation of the conveyor starting and braking,a hydraulic winch automatic tensioning device controlled by fuzzy PID was proposed.The working principle of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic winch tensioning device was analyzed.The tension of the separation point of the tensioning device was measured by a sensor.The deviation value was used as a feedback to adjust the PID parameter.The control performance of the fuzzy PID controller was improved,and the work process of fuzzy PID controller was analyzed.The simulation test results show that fuzzy PID control has smaller overshoot,faster response speed and better control effect than PID control.
