摘 要:为解决近距离煤层群三软煤层工作面煤壁片帮、支架压架、咬架及移架困难等难题,以火铺矿典型三软17#煤综放开采为工程背景,研究了13172工作面ZF3000/15/33综放支架工作阻力特征及架型力学特性。通过理论分析、正交实验结合UDEC数值模拟等方法,在02178综放工作面选用ZY3800/15/33综放支架。应用结果表明,所选支架具有更好的适应性,煤炭产量达7万t/月,效果良好。In order to solve the problems of coal wall spalling,collapsing,pressurizing and difficult to move support on three soft coal seam working face of close multi-seam,taking the typical three soft 17#coal seam top-caving fully mechanized caving mining in Huopu mine as the engineering background,the working resistance characteristics and mechanical characteristics of the ZF3000/15/33 top-caving fully mechanized caving support on 13172 working face were studied.Through theoretical analysis,orthogonal experiments combined with UDEC numerical simulation and other methods,the ZY3800/15/33 fully mechanized caving support was selected on the 02178 top-caving fully mechanized caving face.The application result show that the selected support has a better adaptability and the monthly coal production reaches 70,000 tons with good effect.
