摘  要:采煤机实际工况比较复杂,产生的激励对采煤机零部件疲劳失效影响较大。以某型采煤机行走箱圆锥滚子轴承为研究对象,运用专业数据采集软件DASP采集采煤机行走箱振动数据并作为载荷激励,对采煤机行走箱圆锥滚子轴承诊断进行研究分析。将轴承振动数据导入采煤机行走箱轴承故障分析系统中对圆锥滚子轴承故障进行诊断,实际应用诊断结果与分析结果一致。该研究为降低采煤机轴承故障发生率、减少维修成本和维修时间提供参考。The actual working conditions of the shearer are complex,and the generated incentives have a greater impact on the fatigue failure of the shearer parts.The tapered roller bearing of a certain type of shearer walking box has been regarded as the research object,the professional data acquisition software DASP has been used to collect the shearer walking box vibration data as the load excitation,the fault diagnosis of the tapered roller bearing of the shearer walking box have been studied and analyzed.The bearing vibration data was imported into the fault analysis system of the shearer walking box bearing tapered roller to diagnosis the bearing faults,the actual application diagnosis results are consistent with the analysis results.The research provides a reference for the reduction of the shearer bearing failure incidence,maintenance cost and maintenance time.
