摘  要:利用带式输送机综合控制器作为各带式输送机保护和控制的分站,加装带式输送机安全运行的8种电气保护,设计了一套基于S7-200、S7-300PLC和WINCC上位机的煤楼运输自动化控制保护系统,实现对某矿15部带式输送机、2台振动筛的集中控制和安全保护,提高了煤矿煤楼运输系统的可靠性和安全性。By using the belt conveyor integrated controller as the substation of each belt conveyor protection and control,and adding 8 kinds of electrical protection for the safe operation of the belt conveyor,a set of automatic control and protection system for the coal building transportation system based on S7-200,S7-300 PLC and WinCC upper computer was designed,which realizes the centralized control and safety protection of 15 belt conveyors and 2 vibrating screens in a coal mine.It improves the reliability and safety of the coal building transportation system.
