摘 要:为优化竹笋自动化加工生产线、满足竹笋加工机械化需求,研制了一种竹笋切片机。该竹笋切片机采用了离心原理,并使用双转盘,在传动轴的带动下同时转动,极大地提高了竹笋切片机的切片效率。同时确定了竹笋切片机主要部件的设计参数,并对其传动轴进行了有限元分析。采用SolidWorks对切片机的传动轴建立了三维模型,并将其导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中进行分析,得到了传动轴的应力应变及变形分布结果,从而为进一步改进完善竹笋切片机提供理论依据。In order to optimize the automatic production line of bamboo shoots and meet the mechanization demand of bamboo shoot processing,a bamboo shoot slicer was developed.The machine,whichadopts the centrifugal principle and uses two turntables,rotates simultaneously with the transmission shaft,and thus greatly improves the slicing efficiency.What’s more,the main parameters were determined,and the finite element analysis on transmission shaft of bamboo shoot slicer was conducted.The three-dimensional model of the transmission shaft was built by SolidWorks,then it was imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the stress,strain and deformation distribution results of the transmission shaft were obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for further improvement of the bamboo shoot slicer.
