摘 要:为解决潞安集团潞宁煤矿小断面梯形岩巷掘进炮眼利用率低、炸药单耗高、巷道成型差等问题,以准直眼掏槽技术为基础,结合巷道岩性特征,在不改变现有设备的条件下,优化孔深、孔数、药量和起爆顺序等爆破参数,实施全断面一次起爆技术,实现了安全高效的爆破掘进。该方法实现了在狭窄空间内准确打眼,解决了4个顶角岩石夹制力较强的问题,改善了爆破效果,炮眼利用率从73.9%提高到86.9%,提高了掘进速度。In order to solve the problems of low blast hole utilization,high explosive consumption,and poor roadway formation in a small section trapezoidal rock roadway in a certain mine,the collimation technology was used as the basis,combining the lithology characteristics of the roadway and the existing equipment without changing conditions,blasting parameters such as hole depth,number of holes,charge amount and initiation sequence were optimized,and a one-time initiation technology for full-section of middle-deep holes was made to achieve safe and efficient blasting.This method can not only achieve accurate drilling in a narrow space,but also solve the problem of strong clamping force of the four apical corner rocks,and improve the blasting effect.The blasthole utilization rate increased from 73.9%to 86.9%,and the mining speed was greatly improved.
