摘　　要：目的:研究西洋参淫羊藿片缓解体力疲劳的功效。方法:按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)中"缓解体力疲劳功能检验方法"进行实验,试验设置3个剂量组(按人体推荐剂量的30、20、10倍剂量设计),给予小鼠连续灌胃30天后进行各指标的测定。结果:①对小鼠体重的影响:各剂量组小鼠体重与阴性对照组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05);②负重游泳试验:高剂量组可明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,与阴性对照组比较,游泳时间有极显著性差异(P<0.01);③血清尿素测定:高剂量组小鼠血清尿素含量与阴性对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);④肝糖原测定:高、中剂量组能明显增加小鼠肝糖原的储备量,与阴性对照组比较,肝糖原含量均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:西洋参淫羊藿片具有缓解体力疲劳的功效。Objective:To study the effect of panax quinquefolius-epimedium brevicornu tablets on relieving physical fatigue was studied.Methods:According to the"Relieving Physical Fatigue Function Test Method"in"Technical Specification for Health Food Testing and Evaluation"(2003 edition).Three dose groups were set up which were 30,20,10 times the recommended dose for human body.The mice were given a continuous gavage for 30 days and then the indicators were determined.Results:①The effect on the body weight of mice:there was no significant difference in body weight between the dose groups and the negative control group(P>0.05);②Loaded-swimming test:compared with the negative control group,the high-dose group can significantly prolong the loaded-swimming(P<0.01);③Determination of Serum urea:there was a significant difference in serum urea content between the highdose group and the negative control group(P<0.01);④Determination of liver glycogen:compared with the negative control group,the high and medium dose groups can significantly increase the amount of liver glycogen in mice(P<0.01).Conclusion:Panax quinquefolius-epimedium brevicornu tablets had the function of relieving physical fatigue.
