摘　　要：阮诗玮教授于临证中倡导"六看"理论,独具匠心,遣方用药,辨证选方,尤善运用王氏及李氏清暑益气汤,于间各有心得及经验。乃暑热气阴两伤者,施以王氏清暑益气汤清暑益气、养阴生津;而脾胃虚弱、湿热所羁绊者,投以李氏清暑益气汤清暑益气、健脾燥湿,取得诸多疗效。对阮诗玮教授于临证中辨证选用王氏及李氏清暑益气汤的经验加以介绍。Professor Ran Shiwei advocated the "six-seeing" theory in the clinical card.It is unique and ingenious.It uses the medicine to discriminate and choose the right side.It is especially good to use Wanshi and LishiQingshu Yiqi Decoction,and each has its own experiencee.Both yin and wounded,applying WanshiQingshu Yiqi Decoction to clear the heat and nourishing yin and spleen;while the spleen and stomach are weak,the damp heat is sputum,and the Lishi Qingshu Yiqi Decoction is used to clear the heat and qi and spleen.Wet and achieve many effects.This article introduces how to use Wangshi and Lishi Qingshu Yiqi Decoction in the dialectic of Professor Ran Shiwei.
