摘　　要：目的:通过红外热成像技术检测MSM人群艾滋病患者和健康自愿者背部膀胱经第一侧线双侧背俞穴的红外温度,总结AIDS患者背俞穴红外敏感经穴,论证背俞穴反映病症的科学性,为艾滋病的穴位治疗提供科学依据。方法:以感染HIV病毒的MSM人群AIDS患者为主要研究对象,以健康自愿者为对照组,采集受试者背部红外热成像数据。选取膀胱经第一侧线双侧背俞穴红外温度为研究数据,通过对不同健康状态下患者红外热成像数据进行背俞穴穴位定点红外特征进行比较,对比背俞穴红外特异性与艾滋病患者临床特异性表现的内在相关性,探讨艾滋病患者背俞穴反映其病症的相关特征。结果:①全部40个测温点中,双侧L3~S2之间的大肠俞、关元俞、小肠俞6个测温点红外温度表现为疾病组>对照组,其他测温点均为疾病组<对照组;②均值独立样本t检验据有统计学意义的测温点共18个:双侧心俞、督俞、肝俞、中膂俞、白环俞和右侧的风门、厥阴俞、膈俞,疾病组<对照组,P<0.05;双侧大肠俞、关元俞,右侧小肠俞,疾病组>对照组,P<0.05;③脏腑背俞穴:疾病组厥阴俞R、心俞、肝俞温度降低,大肠俞、小肠俞R温度升高有统计学意义。结论:①背俞穴中厥阴俞、心俞、督俞、膈俞、肝俞、大肠俞、关元俞、小肠俞、中膂俞、白环俞红外温度呈现出规律的差异性表现,说明红外温度变化可以作为判断男性HIV感染者病情的客观指标,体现了经络腧穴反映病症的科学性;②AIDS患者与健康对照人群背俞穴红外温度的差异,对HIV患者进行穴位非侵入疗法具有重要意义。Objective:To detect the infrared temperature of Beishu points on both sides of the first lateral line of the dorsal bladder channel in MSM patients and healthy volunteers,summarize the infrared sensitive points of Beishu points in AIDS patients,demonstrate the scientificity of the reaction of Beishu points,and provide scientific basis for AIDS acupoint treatment.Methods:In this study,HIV infected MSM patients with AIDS as the main research object,healthy volunteers as the control group,the data of back infrared thermography were collected.The infrared temperature of Beishu points on both sides of the first lateral line of bladder channel was selected as the research data.The infrared thermal imaging data of Beishu points were compared with the infrared characteristics of Beishu points under different health conditions.The internal correlation between the infrared characteristics of Beishu points and the clinical characteristics of AIDS patients was compared,and the related characteristics of the disease reflected by Beishu points of AIDS patients were discussed.Results:①Of all 40 temperature measurement points,the infrared temperature of Dachangshu,GuanYuanshu,and Xiaochangshu between L3 and S2 on both sides was observed in the disease group>control group,and all other temperature measurement points were disease grouPcontrol group,P<0.05.③Zangfu Beishu acupoints:The temperature of Jueyinshu R,Xinshu,Ganshu decreased in the disease group,and the temperature of Dachangshu and Xiaochangshu R increased statistically.Conclusion:①The infrared temperature of Jueyinshu,Xinshu,Dushu,Geshu,Ganshu,Dachangshu,guanyuanshu,xiaochangshu,Zhonglüshu and baihuanshu in the Beishu acupoint shows regular difference,which indicates that the infrared temperature change can be used as an objective index to judge the condition of male HIV infected patients,reflecting the scientificity of the disease reflected by the acupoints and meridians;②The relationship between AIDS patients and health according to the difference of infrared
