摘　　要：目的:探讨国内中医体检研究热点与发展趋势。方法:应用文献数据挖掘可视化工具CiteSpace和VOSviewer,以CNKI收录的中医体检相关文献为数据来源,梳理国内中医体检发展脉络,分析国内中医体检研究热点,探析发展趋势。结果:国内中医体检领域研究热点主要集中在中医体质、健康管理、治未病等三个方面,中医体质辨识、慢性代谢性疾病、中医经络检测、体检指标等被学者们重点关注。结论:国内中医体检研究正处于快速发展且不断创新的探索阶段,随着中国老龄化程度的加深,中医体检自动化模型、慢性代谢特异性疾病体检方案等层面的应用研究将成为重要的研究方向。Objective:To explore the hotspots and development trends of TCM medical examinations in China.Methods:The document data mining visualization tools CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to collect the relevant literatures of TCM examinations collected by CNKI as the data source,to sort out the development of TCM physical examination in China,to analyze the hotspots of TCM examinations in China,and to analyze the development trend.Results:The research hotspots in the field of TCM examinations in China mainly focused on three aspects:TCM constitution,health management,and treatment of diseases.TCM constitutional identification,chronic metabolic diseases,TCM meridian detection,and physical examination indicators were the focus of scholars.Conclusion:Domestic TCM physical examination research is in the stage of rapid development and continuous innovation.With the deepening of China’s aging,the application research of TCM physical examination automated model and chronic metabolic specific disease physical examination program will become an important research direction.
