中药寒热药性与其现代药理作用关联研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨传统中药寒热属性和其抗菌、抗病毒以及抗炎的现代药理作用的关联性。方法:对十三五规划教材《中药药理学》中所涉及到的相关中药的寒热药性以及现代药理作用中的抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎三种作用进行收集录入,利用SPSS 20软件进行描述性统计、相关性分析及χ~2检验。结果:①最终共计得到315个条目,其中具有抗菌作用中药164种、抗病毒作用中药64种、抗炎作用中药151种,具有抗菌和抗炎作用中药所占比例较大;②抗病毒作用与寒性药呈正相关,与平性药呈负相关;抗菌作用与平性药呈负相关;③寒、热药性中药中抗病毒药所占比例存在很大差异(P<0.01),抗菌、抗炎比例无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:大多数中药具有抗菌或者抗炎的作用,临床上建议合理的中医药介入以减少抗生素滥用;基于寒性中药抗病毒作用的正相关关系,尝试从某些寒性药物中提取出一些对于特定病毒有特异性杀灭或者抑制作用的有效成分,促进新药的开发,解决当前医学界的一些难题;中药临床应用首先是根据中医传统药性辨证论治,在满足这一前提条件下,灵活选择符合现代药理作用规律的中药,使中药运用更加精准到位,以更好地提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the relationship between cold nature or hot nature properties of traditional Chinese medicine and its modern pharmacological action of anti-bacterial,anti-virus,and anti-inflammatory.Methods:Collect and input the cold nature and hot nature medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicines as well as the four functions of anti-viral,anti-pathogenic microorganisms and anti-inflammation in modern pharmacological action involved in the 13 th Five-Year Plan textbook"Pharmacology of Chinese Medicine".Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and chi-square test were performed with SPSS 20 software.Results:Firstly,a total of 315 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained.Among them,there are 164 kinds of Chinese medicines with antimicrobial effect,64 kinds of Chinese medicines with antiviral effect,151 kinds of Chinese medicines with anti-inflammatory effect.Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects accounted for a large proportion.Secondly,Antiviral effects are positively correlated with cold nature medicines and negatively correlated with neutral nature medicines.And antimicrobial effects are negatively correlated with neutral nature medicines.Thirdly,there are differences in the proportion of antivirus in cold nature or hot nature medicinal herbs(P<0.01),but no significant differences in the proportion of anti-bacteria and anti-inflammation(P>0.01).Conclusion:Most traditional Chinese medicines have anti-bacterial or anti-inflammatory effects.It is suggested that reasonable intervention of traditional Chinese medicines should be taken to reduce the abuse of antibiotics.Based on the positive correlation between anti-virus in cold nature Chinese medicine,trying to extract some effective ingredients which have specific killing or inhibiting effects on specific viruses from some cold nature Chinese medicines,so as to promote the development of new medicines and solve some difficult problems in today’s medical field.The clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine is first based on t
