摘　　要：抗肿瘤免疫治疗与中医"扶正抗癌"理念相契合,基于机体免疫调节机制阐述抗肿瘤中药对肿瘤微环境的调控,探讨了增强机体免疫屏障,从源头遏制肿瘤生长,逆转利于肿瘤生存的微环境;采取引导肿瘤血管正常化,减少肿瘤浸润、转移及复发的概率;通过减轻治疗药物引起的不良反应,提高宿主的生活质量。中医扶正抗癌理念的核心在于调控肿瘤微环境的免疫机制,深入探索抗肿瘤中药免疫治疗将赋予肿瘤治疗新生机。Anti-tumor immunotherapy and the traditional Chinese medicine concept of "fu zheng anti-cancer" are consistent with each other.Based on the immune regulatory mechanism of the body,the regulation of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine on the tumor microenvironment was elaborated.The problems discussed in this paper are as follows,First,to inhibit tumor growth at the source and reverse the microenvironment conducive to tumor survival,the immunity barrier should be strengthened.Secondly,normalize the vasculature surrounding the tumor for reducing the possibility of tumor invasion,metastasis and recurrence.Finally,the quality of life of the host is improved by reducing the adverse reactions caused by the therapeutic drugs.The core of anti-cancer concept is to regulate the immune mechanism of tumor microenvironment.The study of anti-tumor immunotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine which explore further,put new life into the treatment of cancer.
