摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情对中国的国民经济和百姓生活产生了重大影响。农业是国民经济的"压舱石","三农"问题一直是中国经济发展的重中之重。基于此次疫情发展,分析了农业农村在应对疫情的薄弱环节,相对于城市,农村虽然具有人口稀疏、空气流通等天然阻断疫情的优势,但农民自身防范意识薄弱、农村医疗设施的不完备和农村经济自身的脆弱性,让农业农村在疫情下显得格外脆弱。此次新冠疫情影响了农业农村经济的方方面面,包括农业的春耕备耕、养殖业的畜养销售、农村企业的复工发展、乡村旅游产业、农产品贸易流通、农民收入等,对乡村振兴战略实施、全面小康和脱贫攻坚增加了一些难度。基于此,从农村疫情防控、农村长期发展以及农村一二三产业等各个方面提出了相应的政策建议。The COVID-19 epidemic has had a significant impact on China’s economy and people’s lives.Agriculture is the ballast stone of national economy.The issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been the top priority of China’s economic development.Based on the development of epidemic situation,the weak links in dealing with the epidemic situation in agricultural and rural areas were analyzed.Compared with cities,although rural areas have the advantages of sparse population,good air circulation and other natural blocking advantages of the epidemic situation,the weak awareness of farmers,the incomplete medical facilities in rural areas and the fragility of rural economy make agriculture and rural areas particularly vulnerable under the epidemic situation.The COVID-19 epidemic has affected all aspects of agricultural and rural economy,including agricultural spring ploughing,livestock raising and sales in aquaculture,resumption of work in rural enterprises,rural tourism industry,trade circulation of agricultural products,farmers’income and so on,and it has brought some difficulties in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the all-round well-off and poverty eradication.Based on this,policy suggestions were put forward from the aspects of rural epidemic prevention and control,long-term rural development,and rural industries and so on.
