摘 要:为明确致兔结膜炎多杀性巴氏杆菌分离株FJPM001的分子分型和毒力基因分布,本试验对分离菌FJPM001进行荚膜分子分型、菌体分子分型和多位点序列分型并对该菌的毒力基因分布进行检测。结果显示,该菌的荚膜为A型,菌体为L3型,确定其血清型为A:L3。多位点序列分型结果显示该菌的序列型为ST12,并携带omp A、omp H、oma87、hgb B、ptf A、tad D和pm HAS 7种毒力基因。本研究分析了致兔结膜炎多杀性巴氏杆菌的分子分型和毒力基因分布,为进一步研究该菌的致病机理奠定基础。In order to determine the molecular typing and virulence gene distribution of the rabbit conjunctivitis polykilling papellosis isolator FJPM001, this experiment conducted capsular molecular typing, bacterial moleculartyping and multi-site sequence typing of the isolator FJPM001, and detected the virulence gene distribution of theisolator FJPM001.The results showed that the capsule of the bacteria was type A, the bacteria was type L3, and theserotype was A:L3. The results of multi-site sequence typing showed that the strain was of sequence type ST12 andcarried seven virulence genes: omp A, omp H, oma87, hgb B, ptf A, tad D and pm HAS. In this study, the molecular typ-ing and virulence gene distribution of pasteurella multikilling in conjunctivitis of rabbits were analyzed, which laid afoundation for further study on the pathogenic mechanism of this bacterium.
