溶菌酶治疗兔魏氏梭菌病的研究

摘　　要：我国是世界第一养兔大国,但兔病严重制约兔产业健康持续发展,为了有效控制兔魏氏梭菌病,开展了溶菌酶临床治疗研究。用溶菌酶对120例经实验室确诊为魏氏梭菌病的患病兔进行临床治疗对比试验,按患兔症状轻重均匀搭配分为4组,每组30只,溶菌酶组拌料饲喂,4 d为一疗程,与氨苄西林、克林霉素、红霉素组进行疗效比较试验,结果治疗有效率达96%以上,比对照组的治愈率平均高50%。试验表明溶菌酶疗效显著,为治疗兔魏氏梭菌病提供了科学依据,对兽医临床用药具有一定的指导意义,同时可推进我国绿色无抗化养殖进程。China is the world’s largest rabbit-raising country, but the rabbit disease seriously restricts the healthy,sustained and stable development of rabbit industry. In order to effectively control Clostridium welchii in rabbits,clinical treatment of lysozyme was carried out. The 120 rabbits infected with Clostridium westermani confirmed bylaboratory were treated with lysozyme. According to the symptoms of the rabbits, they were divided into four groups,30 rabbits in each group. The lysozyme group was fed with mixed feed for 4 days as a course of treatment. The effica-cy of the treatment was compared with that of ampicillin, clindamycin and erythromycin groups. The results showedthat the effective rate of the treatment was as high as that of ampicillin, clindamycin and erythromycin groups. Effi-ciency of treatment is over 96%, the cure rate was 50% higher than that of the control group. The results showed thatlysozyme had a remarkable effect, which provided a scientific basis for the treatment of Clostridium Wilfordii in rab-bits. It had a certain guiding significance for veterinary clinical medication and could promote the process of greennon-resistant culture in China.
