摘  要:为研究盐碱地种植苜蓿饲喂肉兔,对其内脏及生殖器官、胃肠道发育和血液生化指标的影响,分别以盐碱地种植苜蓿、常规苜蓿、常规花生秧为日粮中草粉来源,制成肉兔颗粒料,设计3组,每组20只断奶伊拉肉兔,正式试验期40 d。结果表明:与其他两组相比,盐碱地苜蓿组肉兔的心、脾、胸腺、睾丸和小肠发育影响不显著(P>0.05),肝质量显著高于普通苜蓿组(P<0. 05),肝、肺发育指数显著高于普通花生秧组(P<0. 05),卵巢质量及发育指数低于普通苜蓿组(P<0. 05);胃、盲肠质量,盐碱地苜蓿组>普通花生秧组>普通苜蓿组;高密度脂蛋白、血糖、球蛋白、甘油三酯水平与其他两组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平显著低于普通普通苜蓿组(P<0. 05);血清总蛋白、白蛋白水平显著低于普通花生秧组(P<0. 05);尿素氮水平显著高于其他两组(P<0. 05)。说明通过科学设计饲料配方,结合高效养殖技术,盐碱地种植苜蓿可以作为生长期肉兔日粮的草粉来源,不影响心、脾、胸腺、睾丸、小肠的发育以及血糖、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和球蛋白水平。In order to study the effects of alfalfa grown in Yellow River Delta saline-alkali soil on vis-ceral,reproductive organs,gastrointestinal tract development and blood biochemical indexes of IRA rabbits,three different grass meal including ordinary alfalfa,peanut seedlings and alfalfa grown in saline-alkali soil were designed into three groups to feed 20 weaning rabbits in each group for 40 days.The results showed that the animal meat in alfalfa grown in saline-alkali soil group had no sig-nificant effect on heart,spleen,thymus testicle and small intestinal development(P>0.05)compar-ison to the other groups.Liver mass was significantly higher than that of ordinary alfalfa group.Liver and lung development index of ovary development were significantly lower than that of ordinary alfalfa group.Mass of stomach and cecum were as follows:saline-alkali alfalfa group>peanut seedling group>common alfalfa group.Levels of HDL,GLU,Globulin and TG were not significantly different from those of the other two groups(P>0.05),while the levels of CHO,LDL were signifi-cantly lower than those of alfalfa.Levels of TP and Albumin were significantly lower than those of peanut seedling group(P<0.05).BUN level was significantly lower in the other two groups(P<0.05).The results indicated that through reasonable design of diet formula and scientific feeding management technology,alfalfa grown in saline alkali soil could be used as the source of grass pow-der in growing rabbit meat diet without affecting the development of heart,spleen,thymus and small intestinal,as well as the levels of HDL,GLU,Globulin and TG.
