摘 要:为探讨鸽小肠绒毛在个体发育过程中形态的演化过程,通过实体显微镜及扫描电镜对胚胎发育及胚后发育过程中鸽小肠黏膜进行观察,发现鸽在发育过程中小肠表面的黏膜突起经历了由山脊状到W形板状,再到指状绒毛的变化。在胚胎发育的第13天(胚胎发育总过程的72.2%阶段),小肠表面黏膜突起为山脊状,第14~15天(胚胎发育总过程的77.8%~88.3%)变为W形板状,第16~18天(胚胎发育总过程的88. 9%~100%)变为指状。从出生的幼体到成体小肠表面由指状绒毛转变成断裂的W形排列的板状绒毛,发育到成体时转变为扁指状绒毛,推断这种发育过程中小肠绒毛形态的改变可能是一种对祖先的重演,而喂食鸽乳的特殊育雏方式对其演化方向具有一定的影响。To investigate the morphological evolution of pigeon intestinal villi during ontogeny,the small intestinal mucosa of pigeons during embryonic and postembryonic developments were observed by solid microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.It was found that the mucosal processes on the surface of small intestine of pigeons underwent changes from ridge to W-shaped plate to finger villi.On the 13th day of embryonic development(72.2%of the total embryonic development),the mucosal processes on the surface of the small intestine became ridge-like,from 14 to 15 days(77.8%-88.3%)they became W-shaped plate-like,from 16 to 18 days(88.9%-100%)they became finger-like,and from the larval to adult they changed from finger-shaped villi to broken Wshaped plate-shaped villi.The finger-like villi is flattened in the final adult.It is concluded that the changes of villus morphology in small intestine during development may be a repetition of ancestors,and the special way of feeding pigeon milk has a certain influence on its evolution direction.
